3. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
The personal data stored in Kalant Oy’s customer registers is used for managing customer relationships, providing information about services, marketing purposes, as well as developing/planning the company’s services and other operations, and similar purposes.

RIGHT OF ACCESS
The data subject can check the personal data we have stored.
RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION

RIGHT TO OBJECT TO DIRECT MARKETING

Note: The data controller may have a statutory or other right to retain certain data. Accounting-related records must be retained according to the Accounting Act (Chapter 2, Section 10) for 10 years. Therefore, accounting-related data cannot be deleted before this period expires.

Personal data is collected directly from the customer at the start of the customer relationship and through the controller’s systems via online forms. Data may also be updated from authorities or other service providers to ensure accuracy.

Data is generally not disclosed outside the company for marketing purposes.

Personal data is generally processed for as long as the customer relationship is active. Registered users can unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link included in each email or by sending a message to:
